The LA County Clean Water website successfully brought together 85 cities and over 100 diverse stakeholders to agree on rate increases to improve water quality in area rivers, lakes, and beaches. In order to educate Los Angeles County residents about the importance of clean water, the website featured a fun, informational video showing how individual behavior affects water quality downstream. The website allowed disparate stakeholders to collaborate in real time and decision makers across the county worked together to publicize water quality issues to the general public.
